Morning about 07 am waking up. driving less than one hour to unloading place. Unloading AC equipment. 1 hour 45 min and unloading ready and dangerous goods drums moved to front of semi and lashed. Looking clock next place is closing 15.30 no chance to get there on time, 550 km. So driving quitly, stopping two times to drink cop of coffee and driving to one big service station, 10 km to unloading place, going shover. Back to truck, parking place was three drivers who  I knowed. Much things to talk, 3 hours was going like wings. Now sleeping in truck. Wake up about 08.45. Because no loading adress. Office is coming work on 09.00 so dont to have be empty before that. Last pray on evening, one thing to ask from God, I am not asking miracle, but little help. He and few on this world are knowing what I am asking. Amen.

Waking up morning at home, not so bad to sleep at home. Driving to unloading place, load is 24 tons cow food. Unloading goes quite fast and bags are clean and not broken. Brushing floor clean anyway, because loading is paper reels. About 2 hours driving to loading place. One stop and drinking cup of coffee, one of my favourite road side bars. Loading is not going so good. First wait 1 h 30 min, then comes loader. Papers 29,6 tons. Too much. Call to office, right people are not on place, must wait 30 min. Then new cal, yes it is too much, must let one reel away. New weight 26,9  tons. Start to loading. Lashed with 14 belts and warm, swetting like pig. Start driving, 100 km and service station, shover there and cup of coffee. Clean skin, yes. Two hours and on harbour, old trailer to landed, nice and nice looking lady checking trailers on yard. Could made her blushing with very kind thing. After that she was one big smile. 100 m and new trailer, dangerous goods, 16 drums and 12 load meters AC equipment. First must lash dangerous good´s again, lashed like 0, nothing. 45 minutes lashing, not anymore shover fresh. Also make list of broken things on semi and let that signed and copyed on harbour office. Driving back place where I was earlier taking shover. Nearest place to first unloading. sleeping there night well.

Summer hollyday time. Not long driving day. Driving day was over 2 pm. Then to old truck, build there up fifth wheel. There was put new before it was restored and my new trucks fifth wheel is driven now over 1 milion km. Cannot anymore make it tight. Skrev is to end. New mechanism would cost 500 to 600 Euros. There is also another problem, fifth wheel what is there now is made for low trucks 14 cm high, lover you cannot ger from Jost. It is little bit too low for semis what I work now.  Old trucks Fontaine is higher, thats good. It is also idiot strong, automatic adjust, No-slack. side bolts are lasting to end of world, or there is no side bolts. Idiot good thing. It was only hard build out. Idiots of garage where they was putting it on place, they had made middle bolts fake, welded on plate, only that one bolt has come off when they had tightened that. They had welded it on tables leg. What for idiots, 4 hours was taking it away. 11 bolts no problem, but this one. Drilling bolt away trye to do that on middle and hope that is not too bad welded. After 2,5 hours work was last corner loose. Was going fine, drilled just middle of bolt, leg OK. Thenn washed it made rost of there and make it ready for painting.Next free time and then painting and make new lock and opening handle there, not more chain locking. Whenn that was ready, thenn in pick up and to my country place, there 1 hour walking with spray jug. Poisoning one harmfull flover, not original finish thing. Then my house and poisoning grasses what growing on wrong places.
I have thinked to buy trailer home, paying rented home is like paying ted cow.

Sunday, little easier day for trucker. Not so much to do. Cleaning little home, that must alone living man also do self. Shopping and same way bringing empty cola bottles away. Two big sags bottles and all shopping was costing 2, 30 Euros, something 3 Dollars, that because return bottles are paid back. Visiting my parents. Playing local lottery, could win there 5 million Euros. That would be nice money. Only tenth part and I would be man without money problem. But my luck, normally nothing. Shure money I was making, writing Invoices to customers, but also paying invoices, so 1 to 1. making sauna warm, electric, easier than with wood, also not so messy. Thats sunday and highlights was drinking cup of coffee on local service station.
I am pleased also little slower life, don´t need action. I hate surprices, I like grey life, no ups, no downs.

And then starts new week, dear God give good and safe week. Amen.

Saturday morning 04 am, waking up, far away from home and harbour fo semi is 120 km more far away. Big service station where I was over nighted. Inside there, shover, cup of coffee, piece of bred and on the road. Cloudy morning, but 20 C warm. driving 3 h 30 minutes and coming on nice smaller service station, open also 24/7 There first 45 min sleep in truck and then cup of coffee and little eating on bar. Then driving about 2 h 30 minutes, it was start raining. Good, windshield is coming clean from bugs. Next service station 24/7 place, little bad on winter time because of climb back to road. But summer no problems. Only truck on yard. Nice blond girl working there, allways like to chat little bit and this morning had time, not many customers. Then back to road 120 km still to harbour.  Rain was stopping and sun is shining again. Temperature also rising  to 25 C. Coming to harbour, southest point of Finland. Leaving semi to other ship company and getting one from other. Nor sightseeing in harbour, taking few photos of interesting things. Load in semi is copper coils, 22, 8 tons. Good lashed, exeption, normally you must do much before you can get to road. Then 135 km to home. Leaving semi to filling station and with truck to home. Cleaning it little, putting batterys on charge. Then free saturday evening, or little paper work. Entrepreneur have quite less free time from work. If not doing, attleast thinking of work and business.

After midnight starting again. couple hours driving and stopping cup of coffee and little eating.again couple hour´s drivin and one and half hour nap and cup of coffee. 08 am on unloading place Caterpillar wheel loader was unloading, fastest way to unload.  No one forklift can be fast as that. Empty and one hour driving, stopped eating for one bar, good food, not cheap, like everywhere, in five years eatting in bar have comed about 30 % more expensive. One hour more driving and on loading place. Big international company. Many buildings, many door´s, but was finding good the right one. Start bloading 18 pallets, only 2800 kg. Nice load. Loading, putting belts over pallets and phone rings. Oil company calling and asking why I am not buying their diesel fuel. Because that is costing more than by other company. He said that he will look what he can do for price. Then to funny part. I was bringing phone in truck, sitting there 15 bseconds and fal sleep. Waking up 25 minutes later totally mixed up. Was not knowing where I am, what I do there etc. Was going out yhen noticing where I am, looking load is ready and first part is lashed. Going inside little shamed and asked what happened, forklift driver was saying that I get to truck like I would sleep walking. He was thinking that let him sleep, he will wake up later. OK that was then bgetting all right, little shamed still. The driving 15 minutes and now long break, then  on night again  driving. Good to sleep long sleep.
Tahnk you god for safe ride again. Healthy on end of day. Shamed, but it will go over.

On morning was getting loose from semi. Too late. Not anymore posible to get lash belt´s. Two unloading places, not so far away. And if it would be my life, it would be loaded right way. Steel tubes 6 m long, stainless steel. Office was telling that should drive it on this order. So first place, all tubes 10 tons under another customers tubes. Good that it was loaded for 12 meters. But 8 bundels was to unload and load back. Next little problem, my life there is only small problems. Unloaded tubes was on front of semi. Now I got 1,5 tons on front of trailer and 14, 5 tons back. Must drive very carefully that it would come situation "jack knife". Was not coming. Nice places both to unload. Then empty semi to harbour, not same harbour, another what is about 115 km distance from last place. Waiting  there ship to come where is my new semi. Another owner operator was coming there too, this harbour where we was is very nice city on summer time, much people there. So we was taking my truck and driving to take few cup´s coffee, loosing time and looking some"birds". Nice beach bar.
Semi was coming, first ones from ship. Ful load caterpillar tracks, 12 pieces, for six machines and load weight 28 tons. Loaded normal way like Italians do. One lashing belt cut and two almost cutted. So new belts and old cutten belts under to make more soft sharp edges. Driving few hour´s away and stopping on service station for few hours nap.

OK. Today was actually 19th, yesterday was 18 th. That´s how days are going when working quite much. Last week 81 hours, today is tuesday and second working day 28 hours. It is not problem for me work much. I come from farm house and and there I was learning to work, when I was kid. Was doing everything where I was only enough strong. Not because I should, no I was doing it with free will because I was liking it. I like also today do work. I am maybe little bit work holic. Summer vaction I was makin last time 19 years ago, it was pure horror, mostly. I cannot stay and be not doing something.
Today was quite normal driving day, not too much, never there is too much driving for me. But quite enough, more could be. Day was easy loading paper reals 28 ton´s and bringing semi to harbour, taking there semi loaded with electric cabels, 23 tons. Unloading on other city, other harbour´s custom´s free area. Now I am on parking place of this harbour area. Few Finish trucks and 100 to 200 Russian trucks. We are in Finland, Russia are taking much container´s from here to Russia. Not liking them. Dirty people, steeling things. Everything must be locked. Long night 10 hour´s, 08.00 people (Russians) are coming work to unloading place. If it would be Finish worker´s, they would be there latest 07.00.
Now is time to than God of this day and sleep safe night, when is watching over me.

Trying again write a blog. Old one I was loosing away somehow. Maybe this is working better? Hope so.
Alone living still, single. Alone in big world, learned to survive there. Many years alone trucking, all problems loosed what can come. 26 years driving, 18 years international, 22 countries, all in Europe. Problems all kind, broken truck´s, wheels, fighting with robbers. Trying to get out of paying ticket´s with police. Running own business, some times good, sometimes bad. Never so bad like now.
Life was not allways running so good, quite much alcohol. Wild life. Then find God, or he found me. One not so good night in France, there it was happening, after that was life never same. Life after that peacefull and trusting tomorrow.
So today, once again overnighting in truck, under God´s protecting hand.
